Graduate Program - Global MBA Program

JW Player goes here

Today our growth, tomorrow your future

The Global MBA Program at Anheuser-Busch InBev is a 12-month program which provides you the opportunity to make an immediate impact and realize your full potential through an accelerated learning and development series.

At AB InBev we know that dedicated teams make the difference -- and we're looking for more people with the ambition and talent to become our next generation of senior leaders.

The Global MBA Program at Anheuser-Busch InBev gives a new MBA graduate the chance to unleash his or her full potential. We provide our people with the knowledge, training and tools for success so that together, we can build the best beer company in a better world. Components of this program include:

Orientation and Induction

Global MBA hires at Anheuser-Busch InBev are placed into pre-determined zone-level positions based on previous work experience, career ambitions, geographic mobility, work authorization and business need.

Orientation for all Global MBA Program participants begins in New York. This one-week global induction program includes the kickoff of a 12-month capstone project that all Global MBAs work on remotely in small groups (in addition to their normal "day" jobs). Global MBAs then return to their zones for zone and functional inductions.

Ongoing Learning and Development

In partnership with AB InBev University, (the company's learning and development team) the entire Global MBA class participates in two subject matter training classes throughout the year, each in a different one of our six geographic zones. These opportunities are also used as check-in points for work on the 12-month capstone project.

Mentoring and Leadership Exposure

During the quarterly sessions, Global MBAs receive high-level leadership exposure, as well as professional development and networking opportunities.

During the final cohort meeting, 12 months after joining, teams present their projects to members of the company Executive Board of Management at AB InBev for feedback and ultimately project implementation.

Mentoring is also an important component to the program. Global MBA hires receive a formal leadership mentor, in addition to informal peer mentors.

Compensation and Rewards

Candidates selected for the Global MBA Program can expect a competitive base salary, sign-on bonus and a series of other benefits.

Community Involvement and Networking

As part of the overall program, Global MBAs share an online collaborative environment which allows for group discussion and interaction relating to project work.

Interview Process

The recruitment process begins with informal club events and more formal information sessions at selected campuses. The formal application process begins with your online CV/resume and cover letter e-mail.

At selected schools, we may hold first-round interviews on campus. Final candidate selection of applicants will involve functional hiring teams and AB InBev company senior leadership.

Before starting the job, all of our selected recruits will meet and begin interacting with the team.
