MBA Interns are assigned a strategic project(s) within their function for the duration of the internship. The project outcome will be presented to senior leaders at the end of the internship. Successful interns have the potential to receive a full-time offer at the conclusion of the internship.
All MBA interns are assigned a Buddy that acts as an informal resource during the duration of the internship.
We aim to hire the majority of our full-time Global MBAs from our summer interns. We extend offers before the internship ends.
No, this is not a rotational program. MBAs are hired into full-time management roles. The program is a 12-month, high-potential leadership program.
Yes. Full-time Global MBAs are given a senior mentor during the 12 month program. They are also assigned a Buddy that is an informal resource during their first 3 months with the company.
