All GMT interns are assigned a Buddy who acts as an informal resource during the duration of their program. Upon completion of the program, a mentor is assigned.
Yes. Our GMT Program is an intensive 10-month rotational training program. GMTs are immersed in various functional areas of the company during the program, learning about the Supply and Commercial organizations from the ground up through a variety of hands-on assignments.
Upon successful completion of the 10-month program, GMTs will take on an entry-level management position suited to their profile, interests and results.
