Carlos Brito

Born in 1960, Brito joined AmBev in 1989. He previously worked at Shell Oil and Daimler Benz. A Brazilian citizen, Brito holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from Stanford University. At AmBev, he held various positions in Finance, Operations, and Sales, before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in January 2004. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Anheuser-Busch InBev (formerly InBev) in December 2005, Brito was nominated Zone President North America when InBev was formed in August 2004.

Miguel Patricio

Born in 1966, Miguel joined AmBev in 1998. He previously worked at Philip Morris, the Coca-Cola Company in the U.S., and Johnson& Johnson in Brazil, Central America and the U.S. A Portuguese citizen, Miguel holds a degree in Business Administration from the São Paulo Business School. At AmBev, Miguel was Vice President Marketing, before being appointed Vice President Marketing North America in 2005. He then assumed the position of Business Unit President for Belgium and Luxembourg and then Zone President North America in January 2006. Miguel was appointed Zone President Asia Pacific in January 2008.

Born in 1966, Luiz Fernando joined AmBev in 1990 after starting his professional career with Banco Nacional in Brazil. A Brazilian citizen, Luiz Fernando holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. At AmBev, he held various positions in the Commercial area, in Operations, and in Distribution. He was appointed Anheuser-Busch InBev’s Zone President Latin America in January 2005 and is currently Zone President North America.

João joined AmBev in 1996. A Brazilian citizen, he holds a degree in engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from the University of Illinois. João held positions in various departments such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Treasury, Investor Relations, Business Development, Technology and Shared Services. João was AmBev's Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer before being appointed Zone President Latin America South on 1 January 2007. Currently, João is Zone President Latin America North.

Born in 1956, Jo joined Anheuser-Busch InBev (formerly Interbrew) in 1978 after receiving a degree in Economics from the University of Leuven. A Belgian citizen, Jo's career at Anheuser-Busch InBev has included various positions in Controlling and Finance. He became Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy in 2003; in December 2004, Jo was appointed Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer. He assumed the position of Chief Sales Officer in May 2006 before being appointed Chief Strategy & Sales Officer in January 2009. Jo was appointed Zone President Western Europe in January 2010.

Born in 1965, Francisco joined AmBev in 1998. A Brazilian citizen, Francisco holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UFBA and an MBA from Berkeley University (USA). At AmBev, he held senior roles including Direct Distribution Manager, Regional Sales Director and , since 2005, VP Soft Drinks for Latin America North (LAN). Francisco was appointed Zone President Central & eastern Europe in January 2008.

Felipe Dutra

Born in 1965, Felipe joined AmBev in 1990 from Aracruz Cellulose. A Brazilian citizen, Felipe holds a Major in Economics from Candido Mendes and an MBA in Controlling from the University of São Paulo. At AmBev, he held various positions in Treasury and Finance before being appointed General Manager of AmBev’s subsidiary, Fratelli Vita. In 1999, Felipe was appointed AmBev’s Chief Financial Officer; in January 2005, he became Anheuser-Busch InBev’s Chief Financial Officer.

Born in 1968, Claudio joined AmBev as a trainee in 1991 after receiving a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. A Brazilian citizen, Claudio held various positions in Finance and Operations before being appointed IT and Shared Services Director in 2002. Claudio took the position of Chief Information & Services Officer for Anheuser-Busch InBev in January 2005. In September 2006, Claudio was appointed Chief People and Technology Officer.

Claudio joined AmBev in 1977. A Brazilian citizen, he holds a degree in industrial chemistry from the Federal University of Santa Maria, Brazil, and he also studied brewing science at the Catholic University of Leuven/Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium. At AmBev Claudio held several key positions, including plant manager of the Skol brewery and industrial director of Brahma operations in Brazil. Claudio also played a key role in structuring the Supply organization when Brahma and Antarctica combined to form AmBev in 2000. He was appointed Chief Supply Officer at Anheuser-Busch InBev on 1 January 2007.

Born in 1965, Sabine joined Anheuser-Busch InBev in December 2004 from Diageo plc, where she has held a number of senior legal positions in various geographies since 1993, including most recently as General Counsel for Diageo North America. Prior to Diageo, Sabine was an associate at the law firm of Lovells in London, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and in commercial property transactions.
A German citizen, Sabine holds an LL.B from the London School of Economics. She is qualified as a solicitor in England and is a member of the New York State Bar. She provides leadership and expertise with regard to all legal aspects of the operations and structure of the Anheuser-Busch InBev group of companies, and acts as secretary to the Board.

Chris Burggraeve

Chris was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Anheuser-Busch InBev in November 2007. Born in 1964, he has over 20 years experience working passionately with brands around the world. He joined Anheuser-Busch InBev after a 12+ year international career with The Coca-Cola Company, where he had last been Group Marketing Director for the biggest Operating Group (European Union). Previously, he worked for Procter & Gamble Benelux in Brand Management and Innovation, having started his career in consulting and technology start-up companies.
A Belgian citizen, Chris holds a degree in Applied Economics (International Business) from the Catholic University of Leuven, a Masters in European Economics from the Centre Européen Universitaire in Nancy, France, and a TRIUM Global MBA (offered jointly by London School of Economics, NYU Stern and HEC Paris).

Born in 1968, Bernardo joined AmBev in 1991 as management trainee. A Brazilian citizen, Bernardo holds a degree in Engineering from UFRJ and an MBA from PUC, Rio de Janeiro. At AmBev, he held leadership positions in Sales, as Head of Sales, but also in Supply, Distribution and Finance. Bernardo was appointed Zone President North America in January 2008 and in November of the same year, assumed the position of Zone President Latin America South.

Tony Milikin joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as Chief Procurement Officer in June 2009 from MeadWastvaco, where he held the position of Vice President, Supply Chain and Chief Purchasing Officer, based in Richmond, Virginia, since 2004. Prior to joining MeadWestvaco, Tony held various purchasing and supply chain positions including VP Purchasing and Supply Management for Sealy, Inc.; Senior Director, Purchasing, Transportation & Distribution for Monsanto; and Manager, Direct Material Sourcing for Alcon Laboratories.
An American citizen, Tony holds an undergraduate Finance degree from the University of Florida and an MBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
