Guiding Principles & Competencies

Our 10 guiding principles are what make Anheuser-Busch InBev unique and let everybody know what our company believes in. We have a shared dream that inspires everyone to work towards our dream of becoming the Best Beer Company in a Better World.

We seek to attract and retain only the very best people we can find, people who have the potential to be better than we are today. When we recruit these people we allow them to grow at the pace of their talent and reward them accordingly. We motivate them by presenting them with invigorating new challenges and cross – functional moves. People who are where the action is, are ambassadors of our culture and have shared goals are our company's most valuable assets.

As a truly consumer-focused, sales-driven company, everything we do is geared towards creating lasting bonds with our consumers through providing the brands and experiences which bring people together.
