Europe is a very complex continent with its multiplicity of countries, cultures, and languages. Because of this diversity each promotional material was created individually at a local level with no consistent approach towards suppliers, contracts, and the final product.

Katarina and her team asked themselves how they could make the process of creating promotional materials easier, more cohesive, and with a user-friendly tool. They implemented a chatbot to simplify the processes with quick access to a single channel that provides all the answers to the sales team questions.
