Hut, hut, hike! This Sunday marks the end of the NFL’s 100th season, Super Bowl LIV, and one of the biggest nights for advertising. We are proud to return as part of the commercial line up during The Big Game with four ads – one for Budweiser, two for Michelob Ultra, and a combo Bud Light/Bud Seltzer spot.

Budweiser

This :60 second ad celebrates the best of the American spirit by showcasing the extraordinary people that represent the best of America. The spot asks viewers to look beyond labels, because they “might be surprised with what they find.” 

 

 

Michelob Ultra

This playful :60 second ad comes stacked with celebrities, including Jimmy Fallon, John Cena, Usain Bolt, Brooks Koepka, and Kerri Walsh Jennings with the message that “working out becomes a whole lot of fun when you see the lighter side.”

“Michelob ULTRA has always celebrated the active, balanced lifestyles of our drinkers and this year we’re showing people like Jimmy -- those who may think fitness is a chore -- that they don’t have to sacrifice fun to live an active lifestyle,” said Azania Andrews, Vice President of Marketing, Michelob ULTRA. “In our new campaign, people will see that working hard and enjoying themselves don’t have to be at odds with each other. We’re excited to use the Super Bowl stage to let viewers know that you can have your beer and drink it too.” #DoItForTheCheers    

 

 

Michelob Ultra Pure Gold

 

This :60 second ad introduces Michelob Ultra’s “6 for 6-Pack” campaign, encouraging people to buy a six-pack of the lager for a portion of sales to go to farmers transitioning their farmland to organic.

“This gives consumers the opportunity to join us in helping farmers interested in transitioning to organic,” Azania Andrews, Vice President of Marketing, Michelob ULTRA, told CNBC. “For a typical farmer, there’s a lot of risk associated. If you’re not guaranteeing there’s a buyer on the other end, sometimes it’s too much of a challenge.” #GrowOrganic

 

 

Bud Light/Bud Light Seltzer

 

A combo Bud Light/Bud Light Seltzer ad isn’t the only thing that has us seeing double: the brand has opened up their biggest marketing moment of the year to the fans by creating two funny ads featuring Post Malone and have explained that they cannot decide which one to take to Super Bowl LIV as their official in-game commercial. The brand is looking to their fans to share their input and help determine which commercial will air in the big game.

“We are so fortunate to have two great Super Bowl spots this year, but only have room for one. We love this year’s Super Bowl campaign because not only does it feature our brand’s biggest fan, Post Malone, but we’re also giving people a chance to help us choose which spot to air,” said Andy Goeler, Vice President of Marketing for Bud Light.
