In honor of International Women’s Day, AB InBev is supporting the #EachForEqual campaign because we too believe that gender equality is a fundamental human right that creates thriving economies and communities.
Today, we’re proud to share how our colleagues are helping eliminate bias, and taking on stereotypes by:
- Ensuring accurate and positive representation in marketing through the #SEEHER movement
- Spearheading the #NoExcuse campaign to end violence against women
- Encouraging female entrepreneurs through innovative technologies and more
Most recently, we’ve strengthened partnerships to ensure we’re driving change.
In 2019, we were featured in the Women in the Workplace Report from McKinsey & Company and LeanIn.org for our progress in diversity and inclusion.
And in January we released a new thought leadership report, Gender Equality is Everyone’s Business, co-authored with Stanford, CARE and Business Fights Poverty, that contains practical actions companies can take to engage men as allies for gender equality.
We are proud of our efforts, but know there’s still much more to be done.
