Carlos Brito leads our passionate team of around 175,000 brewers and brand builders in nearly 50 countries and across hundreds of brands. Seven of these are ranked as the most valuable beer brands in the world by BrandZ — Budweiser, Bud Light, Stella Artois, Skol, Corona, Brahma and Modelo. Brito fosters a culture where our Dream is to bring people together for a Better World, and our success depends on our team of talented and highly motivated people. Brito is a member of the Stanford GSB Advisory Council, the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management Advisory Board, the Ambev Board of Directors, and the Grupo Modelo Advisory Board.
As Chief People Officer, David Almeida works with teams across the company to build AB InBev’s future. He finds bold, ambitious and passionate creators who are ready to dream big and take results personally. For over 20 years, David has helped lead our company. As Chief Integration Officer, he ensured a seamless combination with SAB. Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Anheuser-Busch (North America Zone). But no matter what his position, his passion remains the same: people (and beer, of course).
As Chief Financial & Solutions Officer, Felipe Dutra helps us grow by reducing costs and freeing up resources that will support sustainable and profitable top-line growth as we build our company for the next 100 years. He is also a member of the Ambev Board of Directors and the Grupo Modelo Advisory Board.
As of January 2019, we are bringing together Marketing and ZX Ventures under one global lead, Pedro Earp. By pairing our industry-leading marketing capabilities with the innovation approach of ZX Ventures, Pedro will build on the success of our global brands and help us anticipate consumer trends. Creating a common global lead for both organizations means we can share best practices across to bring together the best of both
John Blood is our Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer, as well as our Corporate Secretary. John holds a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He joined our global legal team in 2009, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, compliance and corporate law. He then served as the head of legal and corporate affairs for the North America Zone and, most recently, as our global General Counsel.
As a fifth-generation brewmaster, Pete Kraemer has spent the last 28+ years turning his passion for beer and quality ingredients into a career. He leads brewery operations, quality assurance testing, raw material procurement, and product innovation for over 150 breweries and facilities around the world.
At AB InBev, sustainability isn’t just part of our business, it is our business. As Chief Sustainability & Procurement Officer, Tony Milikin is committed to improving lives in the communities where we operate. Recently (March 2017), he announced a commitment to secure 100% of the purchased electricity used in our brewing and vertical operations from renewable sources by 2025.
As our General Counsel, Katherine (Katie) Barrett is responsible for ensuring we’re growing our business the right way and are committed to ethical and transparent operations. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Louis University and a law degree from the University of Arizona. She joined our company in 2000. Prior to her current role, she was responsible for overseeing all legal issues in our North America Zone including commercial litigation, regulatory, labor relations, among other matters.
Jan Craps is our Zone President for Asia Pacific South. Jan is a Belgian citizen and received a Degree in Business Engineering from KU Brussels and a Master’s Degree in Business Engineering from KU Leuven, both in Belgium. He joined InBev in 2002. In 2011, he relocated to Canada to lead the Quebec Sales Region and was then appointed Head of Sales for Canada followed by his appointment as Business Unit President in 2014.
Michel Doukeris is our Zone President for North America. Michel holds a Degree in Chemical Engineering from Federal University of Santa Catarina and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, both in Brazil. He joined our company in 1996 and held sales positions of increasing responsibility before becoming Vice President of Soft Drinks for our Latin America North Zone in 2008. Michel was appointed President of AB InBev China in January 2010 and Zone President for Asia Pacific in January 2013.
Since joining our company in 1998, Jean Jereissati (JJ) has had a proven track record of delivery having held positions of Regional Sales Director, Director of Trade Marketing, CEO of Cerveceria Nacional Dominicana, as well as Zone President, Asia Pacific North. He brings with him the experience of leading one of our most complex and fast-growing businesses, which is China, for four years. In his current role, JJ is consistently driving the necessary changes to evolve our company into a true consumer and customer centric one. In addition to the role of Zone President, South America, JJ will maintain his role as BU President, Brazil Beer and will lead Ambev through our business transformation enabled by technology.
Carlos Eduardo Lisboa is our Zone President for Middle Americas. Carlos received a Degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Pernambuco and a Marketing specialization from FESP, both in Brazil. He joined Ambev in 1993 and has built his career in Marketing and Sales. Carlos was responsible for building the Skol brand in Brazil in 2001 and after that became Marketing Vice President for our Latin America North Zone. He then led the International Business Unit in our Latin America South Zone for two years prior to becoming Business Unit President for Canada. In 2015, Carlos was appointed Marketing Vice President for our Global Brands.
Ricardo Moreira is our Zone President for Africa. Ricardo is a Portuguese citizen and received a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rio de Janeiro Federal University in Brazil and a specialization in Management from the University of Chicago in the U.S. He joined Ambev in 1995 and held various positions in Sales and Finance prior to becoming Regional Sales Director in 2001. He subsequently held positions as Vice President of Logistics & Procurement for Latin America North, Business Unit President for Hispanic Latin America (HILA) and Vice President of Soft Drinks for Latin America North. In 2013, Ricardo moved to Mexico to head up Sales, Marketing and Distribution, and to lead the commercial integration of Grupo Modelo.
Ricardo Tadeu is our Chief Sales Officer. Ricardo received a Law Degree from the Universidade Candido Mendes in Brazil and a Master of Law from Harvard Law School. He is also Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Ricardo joined Ambev in 1995 and has held various roles across the commercial area. He was appointed Business Unit President for our operations in Hispanic Latin America in 2005, and from 2008 to 2012 served as Business Unit President of Brazil. He was appointed Zone President of Mexico in 2013.
Jason is our new Zone President Europe as of January 1, 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations across European markets.
Prior to this, Jason was Business Unit President for North Europe between 2015 and 2018. He joined AB InBev in July 2009 as Global VP Budweiser, based in New York, before moving into a dual role of Global VP Budweiser and Marketing VP. He has also held Global VP roles for Corona as well as Renovation and Innovation.
Lucas is our Chief Non-Alcohol Beverage Officer. He focuses on supporting our Zone teams to accelerate growth in our existing non-alcohol business and on maximizing the opportunities we have in our existing portfolio. Lucas is an Argentine citizen and holds a Degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnolgico de Buenos Aires in Argentina. Lucas joined us in 2002 as a Global Management Trainee in our Latin America Zone and has built his career in Marketing and Sales.
Pablo is our Chief Owned-Retail Officer. He manages our existing owned retail business which he drives through shaping the strategy, coordinating cross-market initiatives, and sharing best practices. Pablo joined our company in 2000 as a Global Management Trainee in Argentina and has spent almost two decades developing a career in the commercial area. He has held various positions Argentina, Global Headquarters and led our business in Chile and Paraguay.
