Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2009 Results

Anheuser-Busch InBev closed 2009 on a positive note, with 4Q09 EBITDA increasing 11.5%, bringing our total for the year to a 16.6% gain. Our Focus Brand volumes grew 1.9% in FY09, outpacing a flat global industry performance. At the same time, we laid the ground work for strong and consistent growth going forward, as we continued to build our brands, increasing sales and marketing investment 20.2% in 4Q09 and 2.1% for FY09 while facing media deflation.
