Audit Tender

The mandate of the statutory auditor of Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (AB InBev), PwC Bedrijfsrevisoren BV / PwC Réviseurs d’Entreprises SRL (represented by Peter D’Hondt BV, represented by its permanent representative Peter D'hondt), will expire at the annual shareholders' meeting which will be held on 12 April 2028. AB InBev has initiated a public tendering process for the statutory audit for the financial years 2028 until 2030. Interested firms are requested to submit a written proposal setting out their capabilities, key elements of their services and team, as well their commercial terms by their candidacy no later than August 15, 2026.
