Ethics & Transparency

We are committed to promoting and maintaining the highest standards of ethical behavior and transparency. This guides everything that we do as an organization and serves as our foundation in creating a future with more cheers. We have created Ethics & Compliance Committees at local and global levels that are comprised of senior leaders who work with the Ethics & Compliance team to steer our programs.

We have implemented internal codes, standards and global policies on a range of ethical issues, including anti-bribery and corruption, digital ethics, human rights and anti-discrimination. These codes, standards and policies are designed to guide and support our colleagues and business partners. We have also implemented platforms, such as the Compliance Channel, which allow colleagues to have direct contact with the Ethics & Compliance team to ask questions, access internal policies, request approvals related to certain compliance matters or access the Compliance Helpline to file a report.
