This Cookie Notice explains how ANHEUSER-BUSCH INBEV SA/NV, a company organized and existing under the laws of Belgium, whose registered office is at Grote Market 1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, registered with the Register of Legal Entities under company number 417.497.106 and its affiliates (collectively, “we”, “us”, “our”, “AB InBev”, “company” or “ABI”) uses cookies when you (hereinafter “you” or “your”) use the Tool.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
Cookies are small pieces of data being placed on the hard drive of a visitor’s device. With the help of cookies, we can store information for a certain period of time and identify the user’s device.
2.1. Types of cookies depending on the purposes of cookies:
If we use so-called “Strictly Necessary cookies” we are processing your personal data for our legitimate purposes explained below. If we use “Performance Cookies”, “Functional Cookies” or “Targeting cookies”, we are processing your personal data based on your consent for the purposes explained below. Your consent would then be collected and registered following the selection of your cookie preferences in our cookie banner.
For the Tool we only use Strictly Necessary Cookies so we do not ask for your consent.
2.2. Types of cookies depending on the duration of cookies:
For a better user experience, we can use permanent cookies. We can also use so-called session cookies which are automatically deleted once you close your browser.

We do not ask for your consent to use these cookies.
4.2. Performance Cookies
These cookies would allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of the Tool. They could be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages.
We don’t use any Performance Cookies.
4.3. Functional Cookies
These cookies would enable the Tool to provide enhanced functionality and personalisation. They could be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages.
We don’t use any Functional Cookies.
5. SECURITY
We adopt technical and organisational measures to protect your data as comprehensively as possible. In addition to the commitment of our employees to secrecy and a careful selection and monitoring of our service providers, we also secure our operating environment adequately. To protect your data against unwanted access, we use data encryption. Data collected from the Tool will be passed between your computer and our server and vice versa via the internet using data encryption in transit technology. If the connection is encrypted the 'lock' symbol on your browser status list will show as locked, and the address line will start with "https://". To have your data secured in transit, we use at least the TLS 1.2 standard (Transport Layer Encryption standard).

Any change to this Cookie Notice will be posted on this page and, where required by law and to the extent that we have your e-mail address, notified to you by e-mail. We will indicate at the top of this Cookie Notice the date on which the Notice was last modified.
Where required by law, we may also ask you to expressly confirm your consent to the modified Cookie Notice.
