Thiago Porto

Thiago Porto is AB InBev’s Chief People Officer since January 2026.​

Born in 1980, Thiago is a Brazilian citizen who holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Brasília and a Master’s in Business Administration from Business School São Paulo. ​

He joined AB InBev 23 years ago as a Global Management Trainee and has held multiple leadership roles across Sales, Supply, and People functions across different AB InBev zones, including SAZ and MAZ. ​

Most recently, he served as Vice President of People for the Middle Americas Zone (MAZ).
